We act as a Data Processor on behalf of our enterprise clients. We collect end-consumer data (names, email addresses, geographic location), transaction data (receipt images, purchase details), and B2B client data (billing details, usage metrics).
We use collected information for claim validation, digital payout routing, anonymized business intelligence reporting, and automated consumer support updates.
All receipt data and PII are hosted on servers physically located within Canada.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is only shared with vetted sub-processors essential to operations, all bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
We employ AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
